Masters in Food and Beverage Management: Degree Summary

Managing food and beverage service requires keen skills in human resource supervision, finance and customer service. Graduate degree programs that only cover food and beverage management are uncommon, but many schools offer master's degree programs in hospitality management that include studies of food service.

Master of Science (M.S.) programs in hospitality management cover topics in business, economics, management and food science. Students may choose an area of specialization, such as hotel management, restaurant management or tourism management.
