2. University of Scranton in Scranton, PA
The University of Scranton is a private Jesuit school that U.S. News & World Report ranked eighth on its list of best colleges in the North for 2012. Additionally, Scranton ranked 36th on Washington Monthly's survey of best universities offering a master's degree in 2011. The School of Management includes the specialized Department of Operations and Information Management (OIM), through which students can earn a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Commerce.
