Portland State University
Located in Portland's downtown area, Portland State University is the largest public 4-year university in Oregon. Portland Community College has three branch campuses in the Portland metro area, each within 15 miles of Beaverton. The largest of these three campuses is the Sylvania Campus, which is located on a wooded campus in Portland's west hills. Mt. Hood Community College in Gresham, OR
With campuses in Gresham and Portland, Mt. Hood Community College's campuses are no further than 15 miles away from Beaverton. Students enrolled in Mt. Hood Community College's more than 60 academic and technical programs earn certificates and associate degrees.
