Students then begin their first baking lab to master cake production and decoration, along with sweet rolls, doughnuts, breads, cookies, pastries and pies. Although cake baking and decorating is integrated throughout the baking curriculum, cake decorating classes are also included separately at beginning, intermediate and advanced levels.
