Collins College: Overview

Ready to prepare for the future? Collins College, located in Tempe, Arizona, could be your gateway to the world of design and technology. Programs are available in visual communication, interior design, animation, graphic design and PC network technology, to name just a few. Students can earn their specialized associate or bachelor's degrees in as little as two years, and all graduates are able to take advantage of career placement assistance services. Financial aid is available for those who qualify.

Collins College Schools

Collins College in Tempe offers degree programs in design, technology and visual communications, from interior design to digital video production. Programs are available through three schools:

  • The School of Film, Video and FX
  • The School of IT and Interactive Media
  • The School of Visual Arts and Design

Tempe, Arizona

Tempe is a city of about 170,000 residents within the greater Phoenix metropolitan area. Known as a student town, Tempe is a center for culture, nightlife and shopping, and its downtown is among the most pedestrian-friendly areas in the state. Tempe is home to US Airways, which is among the city's largest employers. Some Tempe residents commute to Phoenix for work, where the most important industries are government, manufacturing and high technology.
