In the Military?
In an effort to accommodate students who are active military, Kaplan University will consider military experience and prior relevant coursework for college credit. Military students pursuing an undergraduate degree could be able to earn as much as 75% of their credits through prior experience and courses.
Additionally, Kaplan University provides a flexible deployment policy for students who need it. Undergraduate tuition has been reduced up to 55 percent per quarter credit hour for active-duty service members and reservists. Veteran undergraduate tuition can be reduced up to 38 percent per quarter credit hour. Reduced tuition for graduate-level programs are also available, as is tuition reduction for military spouses. Kaplan University participates in the Yellow Ribbon Program and is a member of the Servicemembers Opportunity Colleges Consortium (SOC).

You Could Qualify for Scholarships
Kaplan University offers Prior-Learning Scholarships to qualifying first-time enrollees who have already earned some college credit. For most undergraduate degree programs, students could save between $500 and $750 each term, and up to a maximum savings of $12,750.
Kaplan University also has other scholarships and graduates for students who are enrolling for the first time that could result in a savings of $12,750. These scholarships and grants can amount to $250 to $750 per term.
