- The Event Industry (HFT 2750): This three-credit event planning course at the University of Central Florida (UCF) is an overview of the event planning and management industry. Students learn about legal issues in event planning, event coordination, promotions, entertainment and other relevant topics.
- Event Promotion (HFT 3512): Students in this UCF event planning course learn about the use of marketing tools and advertising to promote events such as conferences, conventions and fundraisers. This class is part of the core course requirements for the event management associate degree.
