Bachelor of Science in Business - Major in Management, with a Concentration in Human Resources Management

The human resource management concentration of this bachelor's degree program prepares graduates for entry-level positions such as compensation analyst, generalist and recruiter. The program offers a range of major course topics, including compensation, labor economics and organization, training development, recruitment, negotiations and organizational development. The program is offered by the Driehaus College of Business and requires the completion of 192 credit hours.

Master of Business Administration - Concentration in Human Resource Management

This program provides the comprehensive background needed to oversee a variety of human resource management operations.
