Bachelor of Business Administration in Management - Human Resources Management

The core program combines organizational behavior, business strategy, managerial concepts and HR management with 17 elective credits that focus on human resources management related topics. Graduates may work in compensation administration, job evaluation or recruitment.

Bachelor of Business Administration in Management - Business Management

This program is aimed at students who want to become leaders in the field of business or business managers. This degree program's coursework includes organizational behavior, business strategy and managerial and management science concepts. Students also acquire real world experience through the completion of an internship in management where students are either paid or granted academic credit.

Bachelor of Business Administration in Management - Entrepreneurship

Students hone their skills in starting a business, which may include new product development, creating a business plan or operating a family business. Business plan development, small business management, employment law, human capital in entrepreneurship and marketing are required courses. Strong academic performance qualifies the student to participate in a supervised work experience, which provides the opportunity to integrate field experience with academic coursework.

Master of Science in Human Resource Management

Students investigate a HR manager's role in global and multinational businesses. They learn to modify HR processes and functions to the ever changing and evolving business settings in today's world. Mandatory coursework includes compensation and assessment, recruitment and staffing, HR management and employment law. They provide students with the advanced knowledge and skills necessary to succeed as HR managers, compensation analysts or recruitment specialists, among other positions.

Master of Science in Global Human Resource Management

This degree program emphasizes the international aspect of HR management. Students take courses in organizational behavior and leadership and HR management. Specialization course options include global business strategy, international HR management and employment law.
