2 - Brookdale Community College
Students at Brookdale Community College in Lincroft can select from 57 academic options available as undergraduate certificates and associate's degrees. The school's website reported that it awarded 83 certificates, 475 Associate in Applied Science degrees, 13 Associate in Fine Arts degrees, 345 Associate in Science degrees and 1,199 Associate in Arts degrees upon completion of the 2011-12 academic year. Associate's degree programs are available in fields that include accounting, fashion merchandising, architecture, culinary arts, website development and radiologic technology.
3 - Georgian Court University
Located 10 miles from the New Jersey shoreline, Georgian Court University is located on 156 acres in Lakewood. The university is affiliated with the Roman Catholic Church and was originally a women's college, but after a transitional period, it will be fully co-educational by Fall 2013. The 2013 U.S. News and World Report ranked the university 108th on the list of Regional Universities (North). Among the 49 academic options, available as undergraduate and graduate certificates and bachelor's and master's degrees, students can select from fields including Spanish, allied health technologies, humanities and exercise science. The university's most popular major was education for 2011 graduates, with 25% of students selecting it, followed by psychology, business, English language and literature and history, according to U.S. News and World Report.
Lowest Net Price

Ocean County Vocational-Technical School (OCVTS) in Toms River offers only certificates that take 1 to 2 years to complete and are designed to prepare students for the workforce. The school's net price was only $6,200. Around 45% of students received financial aid with an average package of $4,187. During the 2012-13 academic year, students paid $9,845 in tuition and fees. Classes are available for high school students and adults who want to continue their education.

The overall graduation rate at Monmouth University is 66%, but the 4-year graduation rate drops to 46%, according to NCES. The university's retention rate was 80% for students who began their studies in 2010. About 64% of male students and 68% of female students completed their studies in 6 years.

2 - Georgian Court University
Georgian Court University has 105 full-time and 167 part-time faculty members, according to U.S. News and World Report.
