Kaplan University's Associate of Applied Science in Business Administration program with a career focus area in Customer Service is designed to teach students about communications, math, accounting, management, human resources, and marketing. Specialization courses give students the opportunity to learn about promotional tools, using these tools to increase customer market share, consumer behavior, customer management, customer loyalty, effective relationship-building strategies, interpersonal communications, and public speaking for professionals. This program is also intended to teach the impact of laws and regulations on business, the tasks and responsibilities of managers, technology and software applications, and using critical thinking in real-life situations. Students have the opportunity to complete a management capstone course.
