Kaplan University's Master of Science in Management program offers an education in management theories, strategies, and practices designed to help students develop the skills relevant to upper management or executive positions. Core courses focus on human resources management, behavioral science theories, effective management techniques, business strategies, consulting skills, and financial management. A research project allows students to apply theories and concepts learned throughout the program. Students could choose one of seven specializations: leadership, organizational design and development, health care management, human resources, project management, or information technology.
