Program Description:

The online Bachelor of Science in Business Studies with a concentration in Human Resource Management program is designed to provide students with an understanding of organizational behavior and culture, resource management, and labor administration practices. Participants will have the chance to explore fundamental HR concepts, not limited to employer- and government-sponsored benefit plans, wages and compensation, and industry laws and regulations. In addition, they'll have the chance to explore techniques for the selection, development, and retention of results-oriented employees. Overall, courses are designed to develop students' planning, strategic thinking, team building, and leadership skills.
