The University of Phoenix Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Integrated Supply Chain and Operations Management program is designed to teach students principles for effective strategizing, communicating, and decision-making within small and large corporate settings. Program participants have the opportunity to gain a foundation in management, workplace diversity, industry law, finance, and accounting. Within the concentration area, students have the chance to understand the importance of satisfying customer needs in every stage of the operational process - from product inception to end-user acquisition. They also study specialized supply chain planning strategies, such as lean management and Six Sigma, as well as concepts in data management, global sourcing, and competitive viability.
