Walden University's M.S. in Management program with a specialization in Human Resource Management is designed to teach students the leadership, organizational, and conflict management skills required to begin a career in corporate human resources. Students who complete this program will better understand how to develop individuals and teams, manage change, create favorable work environments, and motivate a workforce.
