Walden University's Ph.D. in Management program with a specialization in Leadership and Organizational Change is designed for graduate students and professionals who are interested in expanding their knowledge of leadership models and organizational systems development through analysis and education. The Leadership and Organizational Change curriculum includes behavioral and social components of organizational systems, decision science, and quantitative and qualitative reasoning and analysis. Both traditional and innovative leadership principles are explored, including leadership in the global community and socially conscious leadership. Students also explore what it means to challenge traditional leadership models and create and respond to change. The Walden University Leadership and Organizational Change program incorporates four brief residencies and a dissertation.
