Program Description:

Walden University's Ph.D. in Public Health program with a specialization in Epidemiology is intended for students who want to gain a more thorough understanding of epidemiology and the public health field. The program focuses on the causes as well as the control and prevention of diseases in populations. Students have the opportunity to choose from three tracks to design a program that fits their needs. Track I is designed for students who hold a bachelor's or non-public health master's degree. Track II is designed for students who hold a CEPH-accredited M.P.H. or M.S. in Public Health. Track III is designed for students who hold a non-CEPH-accredited M.P.H. or M.S. in Public Health.
