Real Estate Classes Offered

  • Real Estate Appraisal Class: This Real Estate survey course emphasizes the appraisal of the single-family dwelling. Utilizing specific appraisal terms and definitions, students learn how economic, political, social and environmental criteria are applied to determine Real Estate valuation.
  • Real Estate License Exam Class: This is an intense class covering Real Estate fundamentals in preparation for the State of Michigan License Examination. Subjects covered include Real Estate concepts, terms and definitions, fair housing and civil rights issues, Real Estate mathematics and Real Estate rules as they apply specifically to Michigan.
