Comparison of San Diego Barbering Schools

Currently, barbering programs in San Diego are only available at for-profit schools. However, the schools discussed in this article have been approved by the CA Board of Barbering and Cosmetology and qualify graduates for licensure. Both the Marinello School of Beauty and the Tramy Beauty School are less-than-two-year schools with locations in San Diego. Individuals who aren't interested in or close to either school may want to look into completing an apprenticeship program, since this is another way to become a barber in California.
