Graduate programs in nutrition are offered at the master's degree level, often as a Master of Science (M.S.) or Master of Public Health (MPH), and at the doctoral level. As of 2011, this public research college was listed as the 39th-best master's-degree-granting university in the North, according to U.S. News and World Report; in the same year, Princeton Review ranked it a 'Best Northeastern College,' as well as a 'Top Ten Best Value Public College.' Through the School of Public Health, individuals interested in becoming registered dietitians (RDs) can pursue graduate training through the M.S. in Nutrition program. 2. University of North Carolina (UNC) at Chapel Hill, NC
