1. Columbia University in New York, NY

Part of the Ivy League of colleges and universities, Columbia University was founded in 1754, making it the fifth oldest college in the U.S. and the oldest college in New York. It is highly regarded by U.S. News and World Report, having placed fourth in their 2011 National Universities rankings. Its organizational psychology program is located in the Teacher's College in the Organization and Leadership Department and takes a focus on organizational psychology as well as social psychology. It offers both a Master of Arts (M.A.) and a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Organizational Psychology and also takes part in a number of research projects.
