Montana State University at Billings offers students associates, bachelors and masters level degree programs. The most popular undergraduate majors at the school are business, liberal arts and sciences, elementary education, secondary education and communications.

Montana State University at Billings is a public institution located in the central part of the state of Montana. In addition to offering traditional four-year degrees in many areas, the school has associate degree programs in a number of technical fields. The university also offers a strong program in the field of education.

Montana State provides associate, bachelor's and master's degree programs through six schools. Popular undergraduate majors include business, liberal arts and sciences, elementary education, secondary education and communications.

Montana State-Billings features an active student body on a campus set in the state's largest city. Many of the school's programs incorporate internships at local corporations giving students opportunities to get hands-on experience and a leg up in their post-college job search.

Montana State-Billings also offers over 50 student organizations where students participate in intramural sports, arts groups and a wide variety of other activities. Many outdoor enthusiasts also take advantage of the university's proximity to Yellowstone Park.

Billings has an undergraduate student body of about 4,000. It is one of the 'less selective' schools in the nation with a high acceptance rate. Incoming students have a general grade point average of 3.1 and score in the 910 to 1170 range on the SAT and between 19 and 24 on the ACT.
