The University of Oklahoma is located in Norman, Oklahoma, a city 20 miles south of Oklahoma City. The most popular undergraduate degree programs include marketing, communications, social sciences, health professions and engineering. The University of Oklahoma offers degree programs at the bachelors, masters and doctorate levels.

The University of Oklahoma is a public institution located in Norman, a city of about 100,000 in the central part of Oklahoma. Founded in 1890, the school has a long tradition of quality academic and research programs. Oklahoma holds the 108th spot on the America's Best Colleges list and is known for strong programs in medicine, architecture, business, engineering and the arts.

The University of Oklahoma features a large campus of more than 3,700 acres. Innovative research laboratories, impressive libraries, advanced medical institutes, fine art museums and many other state-of-the-art academic centers provide students with world-class facilities.

After a hard day of study, many Oklahoma students enjoy participating in recreational activities offered through the 300 campus organizations. Another popular student pastime is supporting the Sooners, Oklahoma's athletic teams that compete in the Big 12 Conference.
