Virginia Tech has an undergraduate student body of nearly 22,000. Considered to be a 'more selective' school, the institution has a freshman acceptance rate of 68 percent. Incoming students typically carry a grade-point average of 3.7 and score between 1100 and 1290 on the SAT and between 23 and 27 on the ACT.
