The program is equivalent to 16 months of study, according to the New Jersey Board of Nursing standards. Students learn cooking techniques through classroom instruction and hands-on experience. Nutrition, food safety and menu planning are also covered. Bergen Community College's Adult Education Programs
Bergen Community College (BCC) is a 2-year public school located in Paramus, New Jersey, about 25 minutes east of Wayne.
