Yes, you can request a transcript even if your Study.com membership has expired.

• You don’t need an active subscription to receive your exam, assignment, or course scores, and you can request a transcript any time after your grades post. Most assignments are graded within a day, and final exams with no identification concerns are finalized shortly after they're completed.

• If you plan to submit or resubmit any remaining assignments or take your final exam, you’ll need to reactivate your membership first.
